RevHQ AI Service Providers
RevHQ AI (Revenue Command Center LLC) uses the outside service providers below to run its products. Each one receives only the information described here, and only to provide the product to you. Each product’s privacy supplement describes that product in full.
RevHQ AI coaching platform (app.revhqai.com)
- AI model providers (currently: OpenAI): Analyzes transcripts to produce coaching results. Receives: transcripts and call details.
- Aircall: Connects your phone system so calls can be analyzed. Receives: call details, phone numbers and call recordings.
- Fireflies.ai: Transcribes call audio. Receives: call audio, speaker names and transcripts.
- Render: Hosts the service that sends transcripts for AI analysis. Receives: transcripts and coaching results, in transit.
- Resend: Sends the email notifications you turn on. Receives: your name and email address, and a summary of the coaching review.
- Stripe: Processes subscription payments. Receives: name, email address and payment details.
- Supabase: Hosts the application database, sign-in and file storage. Receives: account details, call audio, transcripts and coaching results.
- Vercel: Hosts the web application. Receives: your IP address and request details.
Services that receive information only at your direction, when you turn them on:
- Salesforce: Reads contacts and tasks, and receives coaching results, when you connect your CRM. Receives: contact and task records, and coaching results.
RevHQ AI Projects
- AI model providers (currently: OpenAI): Produces AI proposals: classifications, summaries, obligations and draft replies. Receives: the minimum message headers and content needed to produce a proposal.
- AI speech providers (currently: xAI): When you use voice, turns your speech into text and reads text aloud to you. Receives: the voice recordings you make with the voice feature, and the text read aloud to you, which can include items from your Brief, work lists and proposals, and the names of members of your organization.
- Google Cloud: Hosts our AI processing service. Receives: the minimum message headers and content needed to produce a proposal, in transit.
- Google Sign-In and Gmail API: Signs you in and connects the Gmail mailbox you authorize, including new-mail notifications. Receives: your Google account identity, and the Gmail messages, headers and labels the product works with.
- Inngest: Schedules and wakes our AI processing service’s background jobs. Receives: internal record identifiers, counts, job status codes, job step names and error type names only; no message content.
- Supabase: Hosts the application database and sign-in, and our AI processing service’s database. Receives: account details, organization records, Gmail references, proposals and approved records; and the message content sent for each proposal and the AI output, which we ask the AI processing service to delete after 7 days.
- Vercel: Hosts the web application and its scheduled jobs. Receives: your IP address and request details, and the records the application processes, in transit.
